In MISSMAYA’s collections you will always find feminine details, playful, bold prints and colors equally balanced with clean lines, laid-back silhouettes and nude tones. A well-put-together yet not too polished look that takes women from the office to drinks, is the effortless aesthetic MISSMAYA is defined by. We embrace a close relationship with our manufacturers who we visit several times a year, which enables us to ensure high quality and good working environment.

Our Story

The Norwegian brand MISSMAYA was launched in 2017. The designer behind the brand is Ritu Eskeland, an ESMOD Oslo graduate. After 15 years of working as a designer for Dia Dia, her family-owned business brand – targeting middle-aged women – she felt a need to further explore her creativity with bolder designs that reflect her own personal style. With two main season collections and several sub-collections each year, MISSMAYA is currently represented by large and small fashion retailers across the country, as well as online.

Fit has always been a key focus for us, and over the years, we've developed a deep understanding of just how important the right fit is for both comfort and style. Each garment is carefully crafted using size charts that account for different body shapes, ensuring that everyone can find something that feels comfortable and looks amazing. Our goal is for our clothing to inspire confidence and a sense of well-being, no matter your size or shape.

Relations & Sustainability

We are a family-owned business with a strong focus on close relationships and quality at every level. We have a close partnership with our skilled collaborators in India, whom we visit 2–3 times a year. These trips allow us to maintain an open and positive dialogue while ensuring that both the quality and working conditions meet our high standards. Additionally, we stay in daily contact with the team there, enabling us to work flexibly and create collections with passion and precision.

Sustainability is a vital part of our work, and we are committed to creating collections that respect both the environment and people. We continuously strive to select high-quality, durable materials. Our goal is to design timeless pieces that last and bring joy season after season. Through small but conscious choices, we aim to contribute to a more sustainable fashion industry.
