How do I find my right size?

There is a specific size chart/guide for each product on every product page. We kindly ask you to use the measurement guide, and that you follow our recommendations in the size chart to find the best size for you. You can also find the models height and what size she wears on every product page, that will give you an indication on the fit/length of the product.

Where do you produce your clothes?

Most of our garments is produced in New Delhi, India. We embrace a close relationship with our manufacturers who we visit several times a year, which enables us to ensure high quality and good working environment. The brand owner and designer, Ritu, has familyrelations in the factory and talks to them every week. This gives us the opportunity to optimize our products, and and make changes along the way.

Other garments is produced in Guangzhou, China. It is a small factory that delivers incredible quality while maintaining a very good and close relationship with us.

Where/when can I get help from your customer service?

Our customer service team works during office hours, Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (CET). We aim to reply to your query on the same day, but please allow up to 72 hours for a response. For a quick response, please use the live chat in the bottom right corner. During the weekend you can reach us on our Instagram @missmayanorway.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we have a physical store in Tollbugata 70 3044 Drammen, Norway.

Shipping questions

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Drammen, close to Oslo in Norway.

When do I get my order delivered and what is the expences?

All items shipped from our warehouse should arrive to you within 2-6 business days if you live in Norway. You can also come and pick up the item(s) at our location at Tollbugata 70 in Drammen if you have the opportunity and wish to do so. Please note that our entrance door faces Neumanns gate in a brick building. Your package can be collected on weekdays between 10 AM - 3 PM. Welcome!


We offer free shipping for orders over NOK 1 500. Otherwise, the shipping cost is NOK 49 for all our customers in Norway.

If you, for any reason, do not receive your package, please feel free to contact us at kundeservice@missmaya.no and we will find a solution to the issue.

I received the wrong item, what do I do?

This should certainly not happen - so we need to fix this!

Which delivery methods do you offer?

We offer Posten/Bring Package to Mailbox with tracking and Posten/Bring Package to Pickup Point with tracking. If you want to track the package on its way to you, you can find the tracking number in the delivery confirmation email you received from us. Go to Posten (click on the link) and enter the tracking number.

If you choose Package to mailbox, please ensure that the mailbox is well labeled with your name and has enough space for the package so that Posten/Bring can place it in your mailbox. If they are unable to deliver it to your mailbox, you will need to pick it up at your designated pickup point.

Where do I find shipping information for my order?

As soon as you place an order you will receive the order confirmation on your e-mail. Once we pack your order you then will recieve a new e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. Remember to check the spam folder.

Note that the e-mail you receive is sent by Dia Dia Norge AS.

Returns questions

How do I create a return?

It's easy! Follow these steps to return the item(s):

1. If you want to exchange the item, place a new order for the item you want on the website and then return the item you don't want to us with Bring/Posten.

2. Fill out the return form (click the link) you received with the package.

3. Pack what you want to return nicely and include the return form. You can use the MISSMAYA bag you received from us to send the package back.

4. Create the return label by going to bring.no/retur/ (click the link) and enter the return code 10027441731dia. Drop off the package at Posten/Bring. Note the shipment number under the barcode so you can track the return as soon as it is registered with Bring. The return label can only be used with shipments through Bring/Posten.

When using the pre-filled return label, only NOK 89 will be deducted for postage costs on the return. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as we have processed your return.

If you choose a different shipping method and/or do not use the return label provided by us, you must cover the entire return cost yourself.

It may take up to 3 weeks for Posten/Bring to send the item to our warehouse. Once we have received and registered the returned item, the amount will be refunded. The refund will be processed within 2-8 business days after we receive the item.

If you have chosen Klarna as the payment method for the item(s) you have returned, but have not yet paid, you can freeze the invoice as follows to avoid reminders.

Log in to www.klarna.no or the Klarna app with BankID/BankID on mobile.
Click on the current invoice, report that you have made a return, and refer to the return tracking number.
If you want detailed information about the transaction, please contact Klarna directly.

What is the cost for returns?

Want free return for an exchange? Then place a new order in the online store before returning the item(s). Write the new order number and request free return in the comments section of the return form.

Can I do an exchange?

Yes! At MISSMAYA you can exchange the same product for a different color/size, or for an entirely different product.

Place a new order for the product you want on the website and return the product you don't want to us.

Once the return is received and approved for a refund by us, it will typically take 2-8 business days before the money is refunded to your account.

Want free return for an exchange? Then place a new order in the online store before returning the item(s). Write the new order number and request free return in the comments section of the return form.

How long is my right of withdrawal?

At MISSMAYA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal allows the consumer an unconditional right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying the seller within 14 days after the consumer received the entire item and information required under the Consumer Right of

Withdrawal Act Chapter 3 has been received in the prescribed manner, including the withdrawal form. The right of withdrawal expires no later than three months after receiving the item or after one year if information about the right of withdrawal has not been provided. The deadline is considered met if the notification is sent before the deadline expires and in a manner that is reasonable under the circumstances.

In the notification, the consumer must inform how the item will be returned. When using the right of withdrawal, both parties' obligations to fulfill the agreement are waived. If any of the parties have fulfilled all or parts of the agreement, a refund shall take place. The consumer must return the item within a reasonable time. This applies even if the consumer has not received what he or she is entitled to be returned from the seller. The seller is obliged to refund what the consumer has paid within 14 days from the day the seller receives the item or the pickup note, or the item is made available. If you have a postal giro account or bank account, please provide the account number.

Exceptions and limitations to the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the item cannot be returned in approximately the same condition and quantity, and the damage or deterioration is due to negligence or lack of care on the part of the buyer.

What is your return policy?

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it; all tags and price labels must still be attached.

Items with makeup stains and odors are not considered to be in the original condition and unfortunately cannot be returned.

An item without original packaging/shoe boxes, tags, or with odors/stains will be considered used, and MISSMAYA reserves the right not to refund the amount.
