Extended return policy
We want to make your holiday shopping stress-free, so we’re offering an extended return policy. Purchases made before Christmas can be returned or exchanged for a gift card until January 13, 2025.
Return & Exchanges Policy
When can I return my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. If you wish to exchange the item, place an order for the item you want instead and return the item you do not want, back to us.
Processing Time for Returns/Exchanges
The processing time for returns or exchanges is 2-3 weeks.
If you have Klarna invoice, you can log in and report a return to pause the invoice. Once we have registered the return, your invoice will be updated, and a confirmation will be sent to your email.
Return/Exchange - How to Proceed
Follow these steps to make a return/exchange
1. If you'd like to exchange the product, follow these steps:
- Place a new order for the item you want instead.
- Return the unwanted item to us.
- When you choose to exchange, we cover the return postage costs when using our return label.
- For returns, a shipping fee of kr 89,- will be deducted from the refunded order amount.

2. To create the return label, visit bring.no/retur and enter the return code " 10027441731dia ". We strongly recommend using our return label for the easiest tracking and refund process. This ensures a seamless return experience. If you encounter any issues or have questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
3. Thoughtfully pack the items you want to return, along with the completed return form. You can use the MISSMAYA bag you received from us or another secure packaging. Affix the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest Posten/Bring location. Remember to request a receipt to track the package's journey back to us. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to help make the return process smooth.
4. Please be aware that it may take up to 3 weeks for Posten/Bring to deliver the returned item to our warehouse. Once we have received and processed the return, the refund process will commence. Refunds will be issued within 2-8 business days after we have confirmed the reception of the item. If you have any concerns or inquiries about your return, feel free to reach out to us. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags and price labels still attached.
Items with makeup stains and odors are not considered to be in their original condition and, unfortunately, cannot be returned.
An item without its original packaging/boxes, labels, or with odors/stains will be considered used, and MISSMAYA reserves the right not to refund the amount.
